Terms of use

Who can use Bondly

You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live. Hearts mode is strictly for people aged 18 or over. By creating a profile you confirm that the information in it is yours and true, and that you will keep one account.

Your account

You sign in by proving control of a crypto wallet (a signature, never a transaction) or through X. Keep your wallet and X credentials safe; Bondly will never ask for a recovery phrase, private key or password. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You own what you post. You grant Bondly a licence to store and display it to other members as the product describes. You can edit or delete your content and your account at any time, subject to the retention described in the privacy policy.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate, threats or sexual content directed at people who did not ask for it.
• No impersonation, fake profiles, bots or automated interaction.
• No scams, investment pitches, solicitation of funds, wallet addresses or "private platforms" in profiles or messages.
• No sharing of other people's private information.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse the service.

Breaking these rules can lead to warnings, suspension or permanent removal. Moderators may remove content that violates the community guidelines.

Arcade and achievements

Arcade games, Prediction Challenge and achievements are free to play for fun and points only. There are no deposits, entry fees, wagers, prizes or cash-equivalent rewards. Points have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed.

Nothing on Bondly is financial, legal, tax or relationship advice. Hot takes are opinions. Polls are for fun. Do your own research.

Availability and changes

Bondly is provided as is. We may change or discontinue features, and we will update these terms when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
